每晚表演兩場，分別於 19:00 與 21:30，週三至週日開演，週一及週二休息

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) You agree that we can communicate with you by email and all notices given to you by email shall be deemed to have duly served at the time of transmission.
(2) Once we have received your on-line booking, we shall send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your booking (“Acknowledgement of Booking”). The particulars of your booking will be set out in the Acknowledgement of Booking.
(3) The Acknowledgement of Booking is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your booking, which shall in no circumstances be interpreted as an offer or an acceptance.
(4) After we have issued the Acknowledgement of Booking to you, you must confirm the booking by sending us an exchange order (“Exchange Order”) in a form which is acceptable to us before the deadline specified in the Acknowledgement of Booking, otherwise, your booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice to you.
(5) In case of any differences, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any terms and conditions as stated in the Exchange Order.
(6) We shall thereafter book the room(s) for you and once the hotel has confirmed the booking, we shall issue and send a hotel confirmation voucher together with our invoice(s) to you by email.
(7) The time limit in which you are required to pay will be specified in the invoice. Time is of the essence for this purpose. You are required to pay the invoiced amount within the time limit specified in the invoice(s), failing which the contract will be terminated automatically without further notice to you. Further, your such failure shall be deemed to be a fundamental breach of the contract and acceptance of your repudiation shall be deemed to have given and we shall not be required to further perform pursuant to the contract. In such event, you agree to pay our loss and damage as a result of the termination of the contract.
(8) No request for alteration of particulars of or cancellation of a booking will be entertained or processed unless:
a. it is made to us directly in writing; and
b. in case prior to our receipt of your Exchange Order, you pay to us an administration fee of HK$200 within 24 hours from our request for such payment; or
c. in case we have received your Exchange Order, you pay to us an administration fee of HK$200 and the penalties and charges imposed by the hotel as a result of the alteration/cancellation within 24 hours from our request to you for such payments.
(9) All requests for alteration of particulars of or cancellation of booking are irrevocable and are subject to the agreement and decision of the hotel and the administration fee, penalties and charges paid by you are non-refundable.
(10) If you fail to pay us punctually according to Clause (8), your booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice to you and in such event you should indemnify us with all penalties and charges imposed by the hotel upon us as a result of the cancellation. No further booking from you will be entertained in future.
(11) All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice save those quoted in our invoices.
(12) All rates are quoted in Hong Kong currency and all payments are to be made in Hong Kong currency only.
(13) Hotel check-in time is normally 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. in the next morning but is subject to the decision and availability of the hotel.
(14) Hotel fares only include accommodation. Unless otherwise specified in writing by us, breakfast and all other fees including tax and service charges are not included in the hotel fare.
(15) All requests for bed-type, non-smoking/smoking rooms, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining/connecting rooms, are subject to the decision and availability of the hotel.
(16) The terms and conditions stated in the above shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes arising out of and in connection with the terms and conditions stated in the above shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
(17) Our liability towards any of your claims arising out of this transaction shall in all circumstance be no greater than the total amount paid by you and received by us.
